Manual Program Generator

Manual generation of customer-specific testing programs by selecting program modules from a program module list. The storage of data takes place in a Unicode-format, thus, Chinese, for example, is also supported.

Language Editor

Allows alterations in the language file or the entry of a new language. The installation can take place at a single PC or within a network.

Quality Data Acquisition (QDA Setup)

The list of failure locations and types of failure is created by the QDA-Editor and made available during the electrical test, to describe the failures from the failure list as well as visual failures in detail. The supplemented problem report can be stored in a variable format or forwarded to a printer.

Graphical User Guidance

User guidance of the assembly completion takes place through the graphical display of relays respectively of fuse holders. To make the completion of assemblies easier, e.g. fuse boxes or central electrical equipment, the respective assembly including all components is graphically displayed on the monitor. Assemblies and components, including their color and position, are defined only once. Should the assembly completion not only serve as a visual assistance for completion or testing, it can be combined with a special profile module or a camera.
