Manual Adaptors

The adaptor comes to the device under test - flexible, simple and secure in contact

For all test and function test systems, manual adaptors allow efficient adaptation for hard to reach connectors, e.g. in finished assemblies directly in the production line.

The deployed test equipment of TSK-adaptations always guarantee a secure and wearless contacting of any type of connectors. The comprehensive connector data base, with reference to the deployed contacts, guarantees the correct selection of the contacting medium in the adaptation.

In the most cases, the manual adaptor locks in the device under test via a ratchet lever. In special cases, ball-pressure units or pneumatic locking in are possible. Damage to the unit under test is impossible during locking in.
 
The manufactured size of manual adaptors is limited, because they must be lightweight and flexible during deployment. On the other hand, flexible adaptations, e.g. those connected to a hanger, are actually viable in almost any shape or size, as long as they can be operated by the employees.
